Lots of people have been signing up for ICEBREAKER and there are lots of places still left, so it is not too late to enter.

Bike Course:  we are getting a lot of questions about the bike course, particularly about how technical it is.  It is a tough course with a few hills on it, however, it is not particularly technical.  The worst sections are where the track is hilly and rutted making progress difficult.  Most people were able to get round with little difficulty, we had one non completer on the bike course last year, who fell off his bike (blown off by a freak gust of wind) before he got to the muddy sections.

Transition:  We keep this marshalled and you can only take a bike out of the transition if the number on it matches your race number, so your kit should be secure.  There is plenty of water at transition and space should you want to change kit between the run and bike legs.  There are no aid stations on the bike legs, so please ensure you take water with you on your bike.

Bike Hire:  Bikes can be pre-hired from Drover Bike Hire and then collected at the venue on the day  - give them a call to book your bike.

Mud Master:  A number of you will become Mud Masters if you complete ICEBREAKER.  Elsie keeps a record from the race results of who has completed previous races.  Once you complete the race you will be able to collect your Mud Master hoody.

Would it be possible to hire game cycles to do the course? I want to be the first wheelchair using mudmaster but my all terrain chair isn't suitable for the cycle section.
